Intermittent Fasting LITERALLY saved my life… And it can change yours too. 
July 25, 2017. Start Intermittent Fasting or die. My options were looking slim.
So, here's my story...

In July of 2017, things just weren’t feeling right. After weeks of feeling horrible, I finally caved, went to the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, and admitted myself. 

“You have Crohn's Disease…”

“Ulcerative Colitis…”

“There is no cure…”

“Life will never be the same…”

These were just a handful of the things I heard from doctors over the following couple of days. 

“How did this happen to me? I’m the 'healthiest' person I know!”

I was in the hospital for 11 days and lost over 51 pounds. 

After being released, I knew something had to change. 

That change? 

INTERMITTENT FASTING.

So you can see that when I say Intermittent Fasting saved my life, I mean that it LITERALLY...SAVED...MY LIFE. 

This is why I have so much confidence in how well it works, and such enormous respect for this form of lifestyle eating.

A lot of “diet”, “workout programs”, and “supplements” talk about how they will change your life…

But what happens?
